Mama's Laundry

Mama's Laundry is a laundry pickup and delivery service operating in Mykonos, Greece. We are the data controller for the personal information you provide when placing an order.

When you place a pickup request we collect:

• Your name and phone number
• Your email address (optional)
• Your hotel name ora map location pin (latitude & longitude)
• Service details — service type, number of bags, preferred pickup time
• Any notes you add to your order
• Your GDPR consent record and the timestamp of your request

We do not collect payment information or any data beyond what is listed above.

Your data is used solely to fulfill your laundry pickup and delivery order — to contact you, locate your pickup point, and coordinate the service. We do not use it for marketing, profiling, or any automated decision-making.

We retain your personal data for 90 days after your order is marked as delivered. After that, your name, phone number, email address, and location pin are permanently deleted and replaced with anonymised placeholders. The order record itself (service type, bag count, dates, status) is kept for operational and accounting purposes.

We do notshare your personal data with third parties, advertising networks, or data brokers. Your information stays within Mama's Laundry and the secure cloud infrastructure we use to operate this service (Supabase, hosted in the EU).

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Greek data protection law you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate data
• Deletion — ask us to erase your personal data
• Restriction — ask us to limit how we process your data
• Objection — object to our processing of your data

To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@mykonos-laundry.com with your name and phone number so we can locate your record. We will respond within 30 days.

We process your data on the basis of contractual necessity (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) — processing is required to carry out the service you requested — and your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you provide by ticking the consent box on the order form.

This policy is governed by EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Greek Law 4624/2019. Any disputes relating to data protection are subject to the jurisdiction of the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
